How To Complete Survey
بی ائی ایس پی کے جانب سے سروے کو مکمل کروانے کے لیے اپ بی ائی ایس پی کے دفتر میں جا سکتے ہیں وہاں پر جانے کے بعد اپ نے ایک فارم حاصل کرنا ہے این ایس ای ار سروے کا این ایس ای ار سروے کو اپ نے مکمل طور پر فل کرنا ہے یاد رکھیں جو بھی معلومات اپ سے مانگی جائے گی وہ بالکل درست ہونی چاہیے جب اپ فارم کو فل کر لیں گے تو اپ نے اس فارم کو واپس بی ائی ایس پی کے دفتر میں جمع کروانے ائے ہیں اپ سے ماہانہ امدن اپ کا مکمل نام شناختی کارڈ نمبر فون نمبر اور اس کے علاوہ مکمل معلومات لی جائے گی فارم جب اپ واپس سبمٹ کروا دیں گے تو اپ کو بتایا جائے گا کہ اپ کی رجسٹریشن کا عمل شروع کیا جا چکا ہے اپ کو جلد ہی تصدیق کی پیغام بھیجا جائے گا
